Select the assembly reference part for the fixed mold component, and based on the assembly drawing of the small bowl injection mold, choose the fixed template as the assembly reference part for the fixed mold component. Assemble the guide sleeve and insert it into the guide sleeve hole of the fixed template. During installation, ensure that the center of the guide sleeve is perpendicular to the parting surface of the fixed template. Assemble small cores, insert them into the small core holes of the fixed template, and ensure accurate fitting of the surface. After assembly, place the fixed template on the surface grinder and use the parting surface of the fixed template as a reference to grind the upper surface of the fixed template, the upper surface of the guide sleeve, and the upper surface of the small core to be level.
Assemble the fixed mold base plate, assemble the fixed mold base plate on the surface of the fixed template, and pay attention to checking that the joint surface between the two plates is tightly adhered without shaking. Assemble the sprue liner, adjust the fitting position of the sprue liner hole on the fixed mold seat plate and the center of the fixed template, fit the sprue liner into it, and ensure that the lower surface of the sprue liner is flush with the parting surface of the fixed template. Assemble the fastening screws of the fixed mold base plate, adjust the matching position between the fixed mold base plate and the fixed template screw holes, and screw in the screws in a symmetrical manner. Assemble the sprue washer so that the inner hole of the sprue washer matches the outer ring of the sprue liner, and at the same time, the outer ring of the sprue washer matches the fitting hole of the sprue washer on the fixed mold seat plate.
Assemble the gate washer fastening screw, adjust the fitting position between the gate washer and the fixed mold seat plate screw hole, and screw in the screw in a symmetrical manner. Assemble the pipe joints and install them on both sides of the cooling water hole ends of the fixed template, paying attention to the sealing at the installation location. Select the assembly reference part for the assembly of the dynamic mold component, and based on the assembly drawing of the small bowl injection mold, choose the core fixing plate as the assembly reference part for the fixed mold component. Assemble the guide column, use equal height pads to raise the core fixing plate, and use a press to press the guide column into the guide column hole. When pressing the guide column, ensure that the center of the guide column is perpendicular to the surface of the core fixing plate. Assemble large cores, insert them into the core holes on the core fixing plate, and ensure accurate surface matching. After assembly, it is necessary to check whether the mating surface of the core fixing plate is flat. If it is uneven, a surface grinder needs to be used for grinding treatment.
Assemble the core pad and align it with the core fixing plate. During assembly, check whether the two plates are tightly fitted and whether there is any shaking. Assemble the reset rod assembly and install the reset rod into the push plate. The bottom surface of the reset rod should not be higher than the bottom surface of the push plate. Assemble the cushion plate, pay attention to the installation position and direction, assemble the dynamic mold base plate, and pay attention to the installation position and direction. Assemble the screws and tighten the fastening screws of the dynamic mold base plate in a symmetrical manner to assemble the garbage nails. Assemble the garbage nails according to the assembly drawing position and requirements, and adjust the reset rod. Check whether the upper surface of the reset rod is flush with the upper surface of the core fixing plate. If the upper surface of the reset rod is higher than the upper surface of the core fixing plate, use a diamond file or grinding wheel for adjustment. Assemble the sliding assembly of the moving template component into the hole of the moving template sleeve and ensure the required fit. Based on the center of the sliding sleeve, assemble the dynamic template component onto the guide column and close the mold. Before closing the mold, confirm again whether all screws have been tightened. When closing the mold, align the guide column with the guide sleeve, make the fixed mold component slide parallel, and use a feeler gauge to check the contact between the parting surface of the fixed mold component and the moving mold component. Generally, the contact gap is not more than 0.4mm.
